Abstract: Based on a New York Times blog post by Pauline Chen, this session will consider four experiences of racism that can occur in healthcare delivery settings. Through an interactive discussion and group exercise, participants will explore structural racism and the challenges and opportunities for improvement for individuals and organizations.
