Abstract: This presentation will discuss the disparities in access and utilization of behavioral health services within African American communities. Through a comprehensive exploration of the underlying factors contributing to these disparities including systemic barriers, socioeconomic challenges, and cultural stigmas, participants will gain insights into effective strategies and interventions aimed at bridging the gap.
