Abstract: In recent years, some have questioned whether neurological criteria are dependable for ensuring that death has occurred. In this session, Myles Sheehan, SJ, MD and G. Kevin Donovan, MD, MA, from the Pellegrino Center for Clinical Bioethics at Georgetown University will explore the criteria, their application, and their relation to Christian anthropology.
