Abstract: This two-day workshop seeks to move beyond traditional research ethics training into frameworks and approaches to strengthen the ethical culture in research labs. Following short presentations and panel discussions showcasing approaches to embed educational interventions in research labs and lab-based courses, participants will be invited to discuss these approaches and challenges they face, and then will be guided through development of personalized plans to implement some of these interventions for building inclusive ethical cultures in research.
