Abstract: Panelists will discuss current attempts to overturn Roe v. Wade. Ziegler is the author of three books on abortion including Abortion and the Law in America: Roe v. Wade to the Present (Cambridge, 2020). Marshall is the co-founder of the University of Virginia Studies in Reproductive Ethics and Justice program. Watson is the author of Scarlet A: The Ethics, Law, and Politics of Ordinary Abortion (Oxford, 2018).
