Pitt CP3 Pharmacoequity Conference

Abstract: Pharmacoequity describes a health system in which all patients have access to the highest quality, evidence-based medications, regardless of race, ethnicity or social standing. This program is dedicated to convening professionals, clinicians, researchers and students who are interested in learning about and advancing pharmacoequity. This conference will showcase the breadth of pharmacoequity research and policy work taking place at the University of Pittsburgh and nationwide, as well as actions healthcare players are taking to reduce health care and access disparities.

This year's keynote address is "Financial Toxicity in America," delivered by Fumiko Chino, MD, of Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
