Pregnancy, Contraception, and Abortion
Greer Donley has examined the lack of equity in contraception coverage under the Affordable Care Act, trends in abortion regulation, such as disability-selective abortion regulation, and efforts to control women’s use of pharmaceutical interventions during pregnancy and maternal-fetal conflict. She has also examined state courts’ attempts to require that pregnant women undergo medical confinement, treatment, and procedures against their wishes for the benefit of their unborn fetuses.
